He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Cole and Bessie Cole; his significant other Sara Ellen Cole; his son Sam Sims; his brothers, Danny Cole and Edward Cole; his children, Cynthia Cole (Keith Adcock) of Dallas and Aubrey Sims (Annette) of Royston; his daughter-in-law Becky Sims of Elberton; his siblings, Donald, Linda and Louise; and his grandchildren, Chanelle, April, Megan, Heather, Zackery, Caleb and Grace. He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
