He is survived by: his parents, Martin Parmer and Kristina Hawkins Parmer; his wife Leigh Bird Parmer; his children, Charles Henry Parmer, Gabriel Harmon Parmer, Emmett Harold Parmer and Elizabeth Ann Parmer; his sister Emily Lauren Clance; his brother-in-law Ryan Clance; his grandparents, Helton and Jean Hawkins; his aunts and uncles, Cynthia Hawkins, Darryl, Jerome, Sharon Parmer, Terry and Mary Parmer; his cousins, Alan, Ryan Parmer, Carrie and Ella Hawkins; his parents-in-law, Ben and Sheri Bird; and his sister-in-law Cassie Bird. He is also survived by several friends and other relatives.
