She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Watkins and Bonnie Watkins; her daughter Tonya Samples; and her siblings, Leon Watkins, Jerry Watkins and Betty Samples.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Michael Kvapil. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
