He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Felton, Sr. and Sophia Felton; and his siblings, John Wesley Felton, Jr., Rosetta Felton Davis and Carleece Felton Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Ruth Felton of Austell, GA; his children, Richmond Felton, Jr., Reginald Zimmerman, Monique Felton and Brandon DeMarcus Felton; and his siblings, Lovetta Felton Palmer of Auburndale, FL, Mary Della Simpson, Murleece Felton Lewis and Aaron Earl Felton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-laws and sister-in-law.
