He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Pauline Martin Thrasher; his mother Helen Elizabeth Elsner Thrasher; and his brother Harold Thrasher. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly McCravy of Douglasville, GA, Elizabeth Maxine McDuffie, Phillis Davis and Sheila Janice Walker. He is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roy Thrasher's memory to Grace Baptist Church for missions.
