She is survived by: her husband Michael Kvapil; her pets, Fonzi, Bozley, Blizzard and Zeek; her parents, Peggy Chastain and Hoyt Samples (Leasil Samples); her cousins, Terri, Wanda, Leslie, Michael, Lorna, Leona and Jerry; and her godchildren, Ella Maddox and Colton Scarborough.
