Dick Allen Lay Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dick Allen Lay of Bainbridge, Georgia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Lay and Rhoda Lay. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ellen Donalson Lay; his son Wesley Allen Lay (Samantha) of Manassas, Virginia; his granddaughter Madelyn Elizabeth Lay; and his sister Phyllis Kay Joy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing of six feet and/or wear protective masks in accordance with the State of Georgia guidelines.
