He is survived by : his mother Delores Lewis of Dothan, AL; his siblings, Moansenee Conyers (Brandon) of Augusta, GA, Mac Lewis of Bainbridge, GA and Matthew Lewis; his nephews, Jordan of Bainbridge, GA, Beau Conyers, Brandt Conyers of Augusta, GA and Cameron Conyers of Valdosta, GA; and his godsons, Beau Conyers and Brandt Conyers. He is also survived by cousins, relatives, and friends.

From 1997-2001, Michael was a Kirbo Foundation Scholar.
