He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Stephens and Ada Stephens; and his brother Franklin D. Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stephens; his children, Teresa Stephens, Alicia Frazier, Angela Stephens, Merry Lynn Mitchell and Jan Stephens; his siblings, Ralph Stephens, Corbin Stephens, David Stephens and Hazel Caswell; and his grandchildren, Stephen Royal and Nikki Royal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 facial coverings are suggested and crowd size is limited due to social distancing.
