He was predeceased by: his mother Eliza Rowena Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Forsyth; his children, Tim Forsyth (Mary Beth), Michael Forsyth (Shelley), Jennifer Barnes (Doug), Thomas Harris, Evelyn Brown (Robert), Cynthia Watson, Kimberly Arrington (Larry), Paula Byers (Mark), Valerie Gobie (Jay), Renee Robinson (Ricky) and Wendy Brasfield (Mike); and his siblings, Cissy Burrus (William) and Donald McCall (Diane). He is also survived by Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews.
