She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Pirkle and Mildred Samples Pirkle. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Underwood (Crystal) and Lecia Sosebee; her brothers, Leland Pirkle, Larry Pirkle and Harvey Pirkle; her grandchildren, Jessica Corrigan, Justin Hilbert, Josh Underwood and Austin Mobley; and her great grandchildren, Mattie Corrigan, Graham Corrigan, Emerie Hilbert and CJ Underwood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
