He is survived by: his wife Tina Chunn; his children, Tiffany Smith (Bryan) and Holly Chunn; his grandchildren, Grace Smith, Gunner Smith, Tucker Smith and Garrett Chunn; and his siblings, Fred Davidson, Gene Chunn (Angie) and Debbie Humphreys (Clay).
