He is survived by: his significant other Dollie Ann; his daughters, Cynthia Starsmeare Lee, Randy Lee of Charlotte, NC, Andrea Lee Cote and Eric Cote of Medway, MA; his grandchildren, Alyssa Brittany Cote, Kyle Zachary Cote and Derren Starsmeare Lee; and his cousin Beverly Stickland.
