He was predeceased by: his father D. B. Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hawkins; his mother Rachel Hawkins; his daughters, Misty Knight (Monty), Cristy Adkins (Roger) and Maxey Cloud (Billy); his grandchildren, Taylor, Layken, Brynn, Hudson, Bryce, Bayley, Hallee, Hagen and Brody; his great grandchild Jude; and his sister Jean Hawkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
