She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Hulsey. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Hulsey and Walt Hulsey; her grandchildren, Chris Hulsey, Brittany Tompkins (Heath), Nick Hulsey (Courtney) and Jessie Hulsey; and her great grandchildren, Kale Tompkins, Peyton Tompkins, Shawn Hulsey and Mac Hulsey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
