He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Ruff of Jasper; his children, Marlana Blackwell (Dan Allen), Sandy (Brad Blackwell), Candy Reynolds of Ball Ground, Whitney Wigington of Cartersville and Josh Blackwell; his daughter-in-law Missy Beatrice of Lilburn; his stepchildren, Miranda, Tracy Lester, Jeremy Chastain and Jacob Long; his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Eddie Jones of Marble Hill; and his siblings, Trudy Totherow of Marble Hill, Tammy Blackwell of Ellijay, Dawn Blackwell of Ellijay and Kevin Blackwell. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
