He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lively and Maude Lively; and his brother Larry Lively. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lively; his sons, Roy Kenneth Lively, Luke Earl Lively and Logan James Lively (Alexandria Marchant); his siblings, Eloise Collett, Betty Padgett (Bobby), Geneva Day, Edwin Lively (Judy), Patsy Dockery, Terry Lively and Donna Richards (Bobby); his grandchildren, Josh Lively, Lindsey Lively, Abby Lively and Evan Stowers; and his sister-in-law Lynda Lively. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
