He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Denson; his parents, Blanche Denson and Walter Sam Denson; and his brothers, Jackie Denson and Ronnie Denson.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacquline Barnes (David); his grandson Colby Barnes; and his siblings, Dianna Ratcliff, Christine Poole, Carolyn Byess, Janet Blackwell, Gene Denson and Chris Denson.
