He is survived by: his mother Gail Davis Bussey of Wrightsville, GA; his wife Joan Jones Davis of Bartow, GA; his children, Sherrika Jones of Wadley, GA and Demetris Davis Jr. of Bartow, GA; his mother-in-law Johnnie Lucille Snell of Bartow, GA; his grandchildren, Shamaria Harrison, Demetrius Davis 3rd, Dakota Davis and Royal Wells; his siblings, David Johnson (Belinda) of Wadley, GA, Ashanti Ghazikhalif of Atlanta, GA, Shannon Taylor (Angela) of Wrightsville, GA and Glen Danford of Wadley, GA; his sisters-in-law, Essie Gunder (Bobby) of Wadley, GA, Leatha Mitchell (Kimothy) of Wadley, GA, Linda Cunningham of Wrens, GA and Cynthia Barlow (Gregory) of Hepzibah, GA; his goddaughter Natasha Gibbons; and his friends, David Jones, Lee Edward Jackson and Paul Jackson Jr.. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other devoted relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 12 Noon at Old Bethel Baptist Church, 1900 Baldee Road, Bartow, GA with social distancing and mask.
