With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cmcs Roy Rozar Jr. (Baxley, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lamar Rozar Sr. of Baxley, GA. and Juanita Lynn Rozar of Baxley, GA.; his wife Janice Julia Carter Rozar of Surrency; and his brother James Ronald "Ronnie" Rozar, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Julia and Robert Lamar; his daughter-in-law Kathy Rozar; his siblings, Louise Phipps and Charles; his sister-in-law Myra Jeanne Rozar; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Denean Dixon; and his grandchildren, Dillon Robert Rozar and Lilah Ann Marie Rozar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church (1759 Red Oak Road, Baxley, GA 31513).
