She was predeceased by : her parents, LeRoy Bowen and Vivian Elizabeth Ahl Bowen. She is survived by : her husband William Edsel Bullard of Baxley; her children, Teresa Sheila Murphy and William Neal Bullard of Middleburg, FL; her siblings, Reda Bowen Taylor of Waycross, Colleen Bowen Davis of Baxley, Faye Bowen Gray of Jacksonville, FL and Truman Bowen of Baxley; and her grandchildren, Gabriel, Lexi and Zac.
