He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Courson and Carolyn Luke Courson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Allen Courson of Blackshear; his sons, Wade (Ashley Courson), Jay (Becky McBee) and Russell (Chasti McBee); his brother James Courson of Blackshear; his grandchildren, Tyler McBee (Mallory), Taten McBee (Amelia Hiott), Jonathan Bullard, Brittany Bullard, Delilah Rose Courson, Wade Alexander Courson, Haleigh McBee and Emalee McBee; and his great grandchild Braxton McBee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
