It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Johnson of Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Johnson Sr. and Thelma Smith Johnson; her son Glenn Johnson; her siblings, Nell Carter, Marjorie Carter, Rose Johnson, Thomas "Buster" Johnson, Jr. and Robert Johnson; her siblings' children, John Paul, Libby Jones, Gene Carter, Mike Carter and Tom Raulerson; and her great-nephew Bob Jones.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Norma Johnson of Nahunta; her sibling's children, Evelyn Denison of Patterson, Annette Raulerson of Bristol, Betty Thornton (Andy) of Blackshear, Don Carter (Vicki) of Bristol, Diane Carter of Bristol, Patricia Aldridge of Gloucester, VA, Diane West (John) of Richmond, VA, Tammy Thomas (Jeff) of Nahunta and Adrian Johnson of Callahan, FL; her daughter Gertrude Blake of Athens; and her close friends, Marie Durrance of Blackshear, Wayne of Blackshear and Linda Smith of Blackshear.
