He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Kary and Thelma Stewart Morgan; his former wife Sarah Belle Royals Morgan; his brother Ray Eugene "Gene" Morgan; and his stepson Jody Lynn Cartwright.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brewer Morgan of Blackshear; his daughters, Sherry Rice (Tim Burnett) of Gainesville, FL and Tracy Roberson (Alvin) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Brittany Rice of Tampa, FL and Alysa Roberson of Waycross; his great grandchildren, Leo, Aria, Astrid and Catherine; and his stepsons, Clyde Witt (Barbara) of Dahlonega, GA and Joe Witt of Mississippi. He is also survived by children and grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
