She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Mason and Mary Jo Jordan Mason; her siblings, Everett, George, Jeff, Robert, Judd Mason, Leah Stebbins, Nina Owenby and Patricia Bowen; and her grandson Chris Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Denise (Joe Howard), Lennie (Sherry Freeman), Melanie Striebich of Winston Salem, NC., Mike Freeman, Tammy Manis and Glenna (Michael Davis); her brothers, Ronnie (Virginia Mason) and Frankie Swanson of Augusta; and her grandchildren, Shannon Freeman, Jeffrey Freeman, Zachery, Adam, Daniel, Sarah Striebich, Elizabeth Mashburn, Mark Roberson and Brooklyn Lorraine.
