He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Hutchinson; and his grandson Lawrence Cranford. He is survived by: his father Charles Atwell McCorkle Jr.; his wife Lana McCorkle of Blairsville; his son Charles "Chaz" A. IV; his daughter-in-law Paige McCorkle of Anna, TX.; his daughter Emmy McCorkle; his daughter-in-law Casey Cranford of Reidsville, GA.; his siblings, Donna (Raymond "Skip" Dyer), Melissa McCorkle of Rincon, GA., Dori McCorkle of Blairsville, GA., Mandi McCorkle of Richmond Hill, GA., Lauren (Bruce Jankowski) and Keith Shafenberg of Rincon, GA.; and his grandchildren, Mila McCorkle, Lincoln McCorkle, Elias McCorkle, Remmi McCorkle, Mathayus McCloud, Leroy McCloud and Kaleigh Cranford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
