He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lawrence Markham Turner and Frances Walker Turner; his wife Phyllis Sullivan Turner of Blairsville; his children, Cherie (Matt Bowman), William (Angela Turner), Debbie (Alan Cook) and Charles Lawrence Turner Mitchell of Acworth, GA.; his grandchildren, Stephen Bowman, Sarah Black, Emily Turner, Grace Turner, Stuart Turner, Chaz Hillhouse and Allison Cook; and his great grandchildren, Naomi and Ester.
