She is survived by: her husband Harold Smithson; her sisters-in-law, Vaudine Smithson Gilmore and Shirley Smithson Langston; and her sibling's children, Stony Alexander, Ricky Alexander, Terry Harbarger, Randy Langston, Cindy Cowley and Beth Harris.
