She is survived by: her sister Jo Ann Hudson Pate of Moody, Alabama.; her children, Catherine JoAnn Duckworth (Greg Dial) and William Henry Duckworth III of Hiram, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Gregory Scott Dial, Lauren Elizabeth Dial Crane, Patricia Caroline Dial, Brittany Kaye Duckworth Glaze, Mathew Duckworth and Mallory Duckworth. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
