He was predeceased by: his parents, Artis Baughman and Nellie Ruth Gantt Baughman; and his daughter-in-law Mary Hurst Baughman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Seigler Baughman of Morganton; his children, Jay Baughman of Morganton, Jamie Baughman (Wayne Barth) of Morganton and Robert Baughman (Debbie) of Tahlequah, OK.; and his grandchildren, John David Bragg, Haley (Anthony Evans), Charlee (Marc Nussbaum) and Derrick Baughman.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or to the Fisher House Foundation in Jim's memory.
