He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Filler; his wife Gale Marie Filler; and his father Percy Filler, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Makepeace; his stepchildren, David Scarzafava (Karla) and Shelly Sheets (Brian); his brothers, Gary Filler and Rick Filler; and his grandchildren, Sydney Makepeace, Griffin Higginbotham, Tatum Higginbotham, Kylie Scarzafava and Troy Scarzafava.
