Holbrooks Sr. of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Young Harris, Georgia, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, C. A. Holbrooks and Bertha Duckworth Holbrooks; his son Teddie F. "Rocky" Holbrooks; and his siblings, Calvin, Roy Holbrooks, Lavada Cheek, Reeda Fay Kelley, EvaNell Smith and Barbara Holbrooks.
He is survived by : his close friend Melva Lynn Ledford of Blairsville; his daughters, Yolanda Strickland, Chenoa (Tommy Abercrombie) and Jessica Holbrooks (Jacquine Holbrooks); his brother Quinton; his sister-in-law Wanda Holbrooks; his sisters, Leona Hunter of Blairsville, Joyce Teague of Blairsville and Phyllis (Melvin Fuller); his grandchildren, Chalonda, Cameron, Kanon, Levi, Ethan and Hazel; and his great grandchild Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
