He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bell and Edna Kraft Bell. He is survived by: his close friends, Terri Reilly of Blairsville, Ted Dyk of Blairsville, Pam of Blairsville and Gerald Ippolto of Blairsville.

In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to a favorite charity of your choice in Tom's memory.
