He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Bill Harrison Kibbey and Virginia Richards Kibbey; his children, Kim (Andy Marshall), Christy (Donald Briola) and Scott; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Kibbey of Hartwell, GA.; his niece Pam; his nephew Ted Ouzts of Blairsville; his grandchildren, Kole, Leah and Amelia; and his pet Harley.
