She was predeceased by : her parents, Cornelius Groen and Uberdina Groen; her husband Elmer F. Badertscher (Pan Am); her daughter Yvette M. Lane; and her grandson Brandon Lane.

She is survived by : her son Wayne C. Badertscher; her brothers, Leopold Groen and Arthur Groen; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Badertscher, Wayne S. Badertscher and Tamara Lane. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
