With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Osteen of Bloomingdale, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on April 8, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his mother Mildred Hargroves Ramsey; the mother of his children Marie Osteen; and his brother William "Richard" Osteen. He is survived by : his daughters, Marsha Deal (James) of Glennville and Angela Aeger of Brooklet; his grandchildren, Alicia Dury, Kristie Moore (Josh), Jamie Aeger, Michael Aeger, Ashley Zeigler (Alan) and Jennifer Aeger; his sister-in-law Dee Osteen; and his close friend Lucy Redding. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
