With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janie Lively (Bloomingdale, Georgia), born in Metter, Georgia, who passed away on October 19, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Coley Lively; her parents, O'Dell Scruggs and Mildred Scruggs; her son Tony Lively; and her siblings, Larry Townsend and Jody Elders.
She is survived by: her children, Joey Lively (Shelly) of Guyton and Misty Edwards (Mike) of Guyton; her siblings, O'Dell Scruggs, Jr. (Andrea) of Atlanta, Patsy Gracen (Ronny) of Pooler, Debra Sellers (Bobby) of Brunswick and Jenny Overby (Sam) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Savannah Lively Hart (Matt) of Bloomingdale, Matthew, Alex, Nicholas Lively of Guyton, Karleigh, Lacy, Mackena and Cole Edwards of Guyton; her great grandchildren, Bristol, Mattie, Brandon, Blake and Victoria Hart of Bloomingdale; her stepmother Nita Scruggs of Metter; and her sister-in-law Jeanette Holloway of Pooler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
