He is survived by: his parents, Jason Bradford Fail, Sr. (Melissa) and Regina Fail (John); his siblings, Cameron Exley (Melissa), Elizabeth Exley and Jadelyn Fail; his stepbrother Aidan Skipping; his nephews, Landon Exley and Maverick Bentley; his grandparents, Rev. Eugene, Debra Fail and Karen Cullifer; his aunt Tobie Edenfield (Summer Evans); his uncle Charles Davis; and his friend Logan Atkinson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
