He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie C. Vandiver. He is survived by: his wife Leila Pruitt Vandiver; his daughter Elaine; his son-in-law Scott Brooks; his siblings, Annie Faye Gilreath and Arnold; his sister-in-law Lynn Vandiver; and his nieces, Donna, Glenda, Kathy and Jennie. He is also survived by numerous other friends and neighbors.
