He is survived by : his wife Deborah Escoe; his daughters, Jennifer Holt (Keith), Jill Humphries (Jay) and Julianne Sullivan (Burns); and his grandchildren, Turner Holt, Madison Bomar, Ella Holt, Caroline Holt and Willa Sullivan. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
