He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel Wilkey and Theodocia Hooper Wilkey; and his wife Lillie Muriel Barrett Wilkie. He is survived by: his son William Daniel Wilkie; his daughter-in-law Lynn Devereaux Wilkie of Bogart; his grandchildren, Pamela Lauren Wilkie of Athens, Benjamin Daniel Wilkie of Fort Benning, Preston Devereaux Wilkie of Lillington, NC, Ronald Mark Vickers (Sheila) of North Charleston, SC and Amy Lynn Pennington (Michael) of St. Augustine, FL; and his sisters, Jean Allen of Cherokee, NC and Lucy Weaver of Gastonia, NC.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
