He was predeceased by: his father Roy Riley Puckett; his brothers, Clifton Daniel Puckett and Kenneth Walter Puckett; his stepfather George Edwin Bradberry; and his father-in-law David Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Kay Elizabeth Carter Bradberry of Statham; his wife Glenda Johnson Puckett; his children, Ansley Puckett and Austin Puckett (Crystal); and his siblings, Linda Benton, Janice Bullock, Bobby Bradberry and Michelle Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
