We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2021, at the age of 79, Ruby Poulnott of Bogart, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Mitchem and Hazel Riddle Frye; her husband Tom Poulnott; and her son Roger Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Franklin of Morganton, NC, Randy Franklin of Lenoir, NC and Kimberly Lackey of Athens, GA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; one sister.
