He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson Fowler and Gladys Fowler (Adams); his daughter Amanda Sosby; his sister Kathy Fowler; and his niece Shelby Elrod.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Gail Fowler (Sims); his son William Fowler; his sister Carol Mooneyham; his sister-in-law Melanie Booth; and his grandchildren, Paisley Sosby, Parker Sosby and Ezra Burgess.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Old Pathway Baptist Church (70 Lankford Rd, Bowersville, GA 30516). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
