He was predeceased by : his parents, Malcolm Kinney and Pearl Kinney. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Kinney; his children, David Sherri (Tracy), Michael Joseph (Kim), Cynthia (Kevin), Lora (John), Frank and Amy (Mike); his grandchildren, Brandi (Derek), Lendsey, Alexis, Paige, Amanda (Brandon), Sarah (Zack), Zach, Jenna, Jared, Emily (Joe) and Nicole; and his siblings, Wanda (Jerry) and Glenn (Fontaine).
