He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Turpin and Mandy Louise Edge Turpin. He is survived by: his wife Betty Turpin of Gainesville; his children, Dusty Turpin of Gainesville, GA, Casey Turpin, Nina Ellis (Tom) of Pennsylvania, Tamika Norris, Curtis Anderson of Lula, GA, Angela Hernandez (Shaggy) of Gainesville, GA and Chad Parker of Dahlonega, GA; and his brothers, Junior Holloway of Gainesville, GA, Tommy Holloway of Gainesville, GA, Michael Holloway (Deborah) of Alto, GA and Jeff Turpin of Gainesville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
