He is survived by : his wife Deborah Johnson; his children, David Johnson (Krista), Joey Ellis (Debbie) and April Martin; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Johnson, Jordan Johnson (Katelin), Alex Ellis, Mason Butler, Summer Butler and Tommy Butler; his great grandchild Jovi Lane Johnson; and his brother Larry Johnson (Ann).
