He is survived by : his parents, David Foy of Winder and Becky Crowe of Winder; his wife Shea Foy of Braselton; his siblings, Chris Foy (Nikki) of Bethlehem and Cindy Wiggins (Brian) of Winder; and his stepsister Kim Foy (Charles) of Winder. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
