It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Darlene Byers of Bremen, Georgia, who passed away on May 22, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter Whitman and Annie Louise Whitman (Hall); her husband Billy Byers; her daughter Kimberly Bishop; and her grandson Austin Whitman.
She is survived by: her son James Walter Whitman of Bremen, Georgia; her siblings, Reedie Burnette of Bremen, Rebecca Bryant of Rockmart, Georgia and Tony Whitman (Vickie) of Dallas, Georgia; her grandchildren, Christopher Bishop, Allen Bishop, Rachelle Loudermilk, Colton Whitman, Madison Whitman, Sebestian Whitman and Gavin Whitman; and her great grandchildren, Winry Loudermilk and Leia Loudermilk.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and at 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110).
