He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles N. Sampler and Kate White Sampler; his wife Annette L. Sampler; his sons, Steve (Debbie Sampler) and Gary (Gwen Sampler); his grandchildren, Nathan (Jade Sampler), Emily (Jimmy Glass) and Heather (Clint Whitlock); and his sister Janice Williams. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
